Khari/Namkeen Biscuit or Surti Makhaniya Biscuits. Today I made famous surati Makhniya Biscuit. It is basically recipe of South Gujarat.

Ingredients of Surati makhaniya biscuit

  1. It's 1 cup of Self rising flour.
  2. It's 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
  3. It's 1 cup of bisquick flour.
  4. It's 1 cup of oil.
  5. Prepare 1 cup of milk.
  6. Prepare 1 cup of yoghurt.
  7. It's as required of Cumin seeds.

Surati makhaniya biscuit instructions

  1. 1 cup bisquick,1 cup all-purpose flour,1 cup self rising flour take it in a bowl mix it.
  2. Add 1cup oil,1 cup milk,1 cup yoghurt and cumin seeds then mix all ingredients then make a small shape ball in a pan which one your putting in oven.
  3. Then preheat oven at 450० then after preheat put that biscuit in oven then if biscuits cook till it rise then slower down your your oven to 325०till biscuits become crunchy from inside and little pink on top of it.
  4. Then take it out from oven and put it on rack for cooling down then pack in air tight container.
  5. Now it's ready to serve with your tea.
