Have used regular oats,wheat flour, desiccated coconut and almond meal. You can dry roast fresh coconut and use that. Almond meal can be made at home by grinding the almonds in a mixer grinder.
Grind half a kg almonds and store the almond meal in an airtight container.

- Take a big parat or big plate add ghee(at room temperature)and add jaggery in it and rub it gently with your palm for 5 to 6 minutes till it becomes creamy texture..
- Now add wheat flour, baking powder,baking soda,2 tbsp coconut powder and whole oats and some oats powder in it and add cinnamon powder and salt. Make a dough.Do not knead.If it luks little dry then add milk and combine all dough and wrap it in a cling foil and refrigerate it for 10 minutes..
- Now before making cookies preheat the kadhai with wire stand and cover lid for 10 minutes at medium flame..
- Now make small balls from it and flat it little and coat it with coconut powder and make rest all like this..
