No butter Snickerdoodles. Adapted from Recipes to a Young Poet No-Butter Snickerdoodles. These snickerdoodle cookies are the third in my series of "best no-butter" desserts. It hasn't exactly been intentional, and it definitely didn't start out that way, but no-butter desserts are becoming a series on this blog, a tradition if you will. A butter-based Snickerdoodle made with bread flour. Add the flour, mixing until totally incorporated.
To make the coating: Shake together the sugar and cinnamon in a medium-sized zip-top plastic bag.
Roll/toss the cookies in the cinnamon-sugar until they're completely coated.
