- You need 1/2 Cup of Margarine/Butter.
- Prepare 1/3 Cup of caster sugar.
- Prepare 3/4 Cup of Self raising flour.
- Prepare 2/3 Cup of APF.
- It's 2 tbsp of milk.
- You need 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

Eggless Vanilla butter cookies instructions
- Line your baking tray. Sift flour. Set aside..
- Beat butter, sugar and essence till fluffy..
- Add half of the flour to the butter mixture. Add in milk..
- Add the remaining flour. If it's too dry add 1 tbsp of milk..
- Roll in balls and place 4cm apart..
- Flatten them out and chill in the fridge for 20mins..
- Preheat oven to 160deg and bake for 18 - 20 mins till biscuits rises or cracks at the top & light golden brown underneath..
- Remove and set aside to cool for 3 mins. Enjoy!.
