- It's 1 cup of oats.
- It's 1/4 cup of ragi flour.
- You need 1/4 cup of maida/All purpose flour.
- You need 1/2 cup of ghee.

- You need 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder.
- You need 1 tsp of baking powder.

Cut the butter into small cubes. After cooling down the cookies will turn crunchy. Powder the sugar for making the process easy if using palm sugar or regular brown sugar. I used demerara sugar and hence used it as such.

- Collect all the ingredients.
- Grind oats in a mixture jar make fine powder.
- Seive baking powder maida coco Powder and brown sugar add oats flour and ghee make dough.
- Make small balls like small lemon in size out of all the dough.
- Keep thise balls in a baking try bake it in a preheated oven at 150 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let them cool and store it in airtight container.
