Ingredients of Bajra til cookies
- Prepare 1 cup of Bajre ka aata.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
- You need 1 cup of Ghee.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
- You need pinch of Baking soda.
- You need 1 cup of Caster sugar.
- It's 1/4 cup of Whole Seasme /til.
- It's 1/4 cup of Seasme powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of Dry ginger powder for flavour.
How to make pearl millet shortbread cookies: To a mixing bowl add bajra flour,wheat flour,cardamom powder,sugar and salt. Mix this well first then add melted butter. Add milk little by little to form a tight dough like shown below. It is one of the oldest and most widely consumed millets in rural India.

- Ghee and sugar ko beat kere add seasme powder baking powder and soda mix it now add bajre ka atta and maida mix lightly add ginger powder and some seasme seed mix and ready to dough 10 min rest de dough ko fir uske ball banayein halka sa flat kere seasme seed pe rakhe taki til chipk jaye aur ab preheated kadhai m 30 -35 min. Bake kere agar baking incomplete lage to 5 to 10 min aur bake kere.
