- After the flour is mixed, the texture should be firm enough and not sticky to the spoon nor your hand.
- Preheat the oven at 160°c while you are shaping the cookies.
- On your baking tray, place the wax paper, and place a nice round shape of cookies (all together will make 25 pieces of cookies).
- Flatten the balls, because it won't spread during the baking process.
- Bake for 12-15mins until the surface becomes a bit firm and there's golden crown on the bottom edge.
- The texture will still be a bit soft inside, but don't worry it'll get hard / firm after it cools down.
