- Prepare 16-20 pc of oreo.
- Prepare 10-12 pc of marie biscuit.
- You need 5-6 tsp of melted butter.
- Prepare 450 gm of cream cheese.

- It's 1/2 cup of icing sugar.
- Prepare Pinch of salt.
- It's 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice.

Best of all, each bite is loaded with chunks of Oreo. My granddaughter requested an OREO cheesecake for her birthday and this is the recipe I used. I did bake it in a water bath and added a dash of almond extract along with the vanilla extract. I decorated the top with whipped cream and mini OREO bites.
Oreo cheese cake step by step
- Take a grinder add oreo and marie biscuit and crumbled it both togther..add melted butter to it.. mix it well...
- Take a round cake tray wich has to be openable,set this biscuit mixture equally from all sides and refrigerate for 1 hours...
- Now take cream cheese,add fresh lemon juice,pinch of salt and icing sugar to it..beat it till smooth.
- Take a bowl add whipping cream to it..and beat on high till form fluffy...
- Now add cream cheese and crumbled only orea biscuit to the whipping cream and beat till evrythg is mixed up completly.
- Now take out the serving round baking tray frm freeze and add this cream mixture to the tray.
- Top up with oreos as shown in the picture..can add melted chocolate to it..or write name with it..and refrigerate till 3 to 4 hours..slowly open the round tray and serve...🤩.
