- Remove from the fridge and roll it in between two foil paper or leather then cut it to desired shape and bake for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda and gradually add to creamed mixture. Also I use peanutbutter chips in place of chocolate!! For those who are having trouble with the top cracking, here's a tip: Place your cookie sheet on the second to-the-top rack and only bake one cookie sheet at a time. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment. These cookies are my go-to chocolate chip cookies.
