Of course chocolates are any time a coarse to die for. I used my left over oreos to stir in with my well blended cookies. More the oreos more fun..
And ofcourse M&M sprinkles over the cookie bar just made it attractive. I wouldnt be lying but there is a lot to do with creative minds with left overs. Have fun..
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C..
In a large, microwave-safe bowl melt the butter, about 1 minute on high power..
Add the egg, brown sugar, vanilla, and whisk until smooth..
Add the flour and stir until just combined, don't overmix..
