Oreo Nutella Cheesecake instructions

  1. Melt butter.crush the Oreos & mix with melted butter.Press this to the bottom of a buttered spring foam pan.Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour..
  2. Cream together the cream cheese,sugar & whipping cream with a beater till fluffy..
  3. Meanwhile soak the gelatine in 1/4 cup water.Once soaked add 1/4 cup hot water to this & mix till gelatine is dissolved.let this cool..
  4. Add the gelatine dissolved & Nutella to the creamed mixture  & beat till well combined..
  5. Take out the refrigerated base  &  decorate the sides with strawberry slices.pour the creamed Nutella cheese mixture over the base & level the top.Refrigerate this for 2 -3 hrs..
  6. Remove the cheese cake from fridge  after 3 hours & carefully demould it.decorate  with chocolate sprinkle,Oreo & sliced strawberries.Slice & serve..
