1. Take parle ji and Oreo bicuits in a mixer jar,keep some Oreo biscuits for decoration also, now grind it to make a fine flour..
2. Now put baking powder,refined oil,sugar and milk to it.And make a smooth paste with help of mixer..
3. Now take a bowl,it can be steel or aluminium bowl grease it with refined oil and put the smooth mixer into it..
4. Now take a kadai put some salt into it and let it heat for 5 minutes in low flame..
5. Now put a stand into the kadai and the bowl with the smooth paste into the kadai..
6. Cover the kadai completely with plate and let it cook for 35 minutes in low flame.
7. Now after 35 minutes,open it and put knife into the cake if knife clearly comes out then cake is cooked,if not then let it cooked for 10 minutes more..
8. Now take out the bowl from kadai,let it cool..
9. Now take out the cake from bowl in plate..
