Ingredients of Nutella centered cookies
- It's 1/4 cup of Butter.
- It's 1/4 cup of Brown sugar.
- You need 1/4 cup of powdered sugar.
- It's As required of Vanilla essence.
- It's 1 tbsp of Milk.
- You need 3/4 cup of Maida.
- It's As required of Baking soda.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Baking powder.
- Prepare As required of Nutella.
- It's As required of Choco chips.

Nutella centered cookies instructions
- In a bowl, add butter. To this, add sugar(brown+powdered), vanilla essence and mix it all well..
- In a separate bowl, add maida, baking soda and baking powder and sieve it well..
- Now add the seived flour to that butter mixture and mix well..
- Now knead it well and add the choco chips and mix well..
- Meanwhile, take a scoop of Nutella and freeze them for half and hour..
- Now take small portion of cookie dough. place the frozen Nutella ball inside the dough and cover it and roll it with the help of a rolling pin..
- Press gently and do the same for remaining dough..
- Place all the cookies in the preheated kadai which has salt base..
- Keep it at low flame for 20 mins..
- You can serve it hot or store it and serve later..
Salt- Brings out the sweetness of the cookies. Brown sugar- Keeps the center of the cookies soft and gooey. I didn't use as much brown sugar as I normally do, as the Nutella filling makes the center susceptible to breaking. White sugar- Gives the cookies the chewy and crisp edges. I like to use this ice cream scoop to measure accurately and ensure equal sized balls of dough.
