  6. Melt the chocolate chips and the butter in the microwave untill smooth.
  7. Use a fork to dip each cookie sandwich in the melted chocolate untill completely covered..
  8. Gently shake off the dripping chocolate and set each cookie on a cooling rack.
  9. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
  10. Refrigerate untill chocolate is set.
