- You need 150 gr of Dark chocolate.

The hazelnuts are a great touch as well. Traditionally chocolate salami is made with biscuits, chocolate and eggs. But we always made with cocoa powder, marie biscuits without alcohol. So this is an easy recipe that you can make even without dark chocolate.
Chocolate and biscuit salami instructions
- First clean your hands and break biscuits in 4pieces.
- Now dark chocolate melt in cream 30 sec add cream and whisk as if thick add milk 3tbsp.
- 2nd step on hot pan add sugar 100 gram as melt golden add 2tbsp water and add almonds and saute..
- Now as normal grind it in mixer for powder form. Now our chocolate and croausely is ready..
- Now in biscuit add chocolate then sugar powder 200 grm means 1cup,and coco powder..
- Add Raisin and butter soft and mix it..
- Now place butter paper and put all mixture in center cover from both sides like 🍬.
- Then slightly roll from side and then put on cling sheet again fold it and both sides like 🍬 and tap like salami and it will became smooth and in circle..
- Keep in freezer for 2or 3hours as hard take it out and cut with sharp knife and in circle ⭕ and enjoy..
