Healthy wheat flour cookies. I created these soft, sparkly cookies because my sister loves cinnamon French toast covered in maple syrup. In the case of these cookies, bigger is definitely better! The cookies have a very appealing nubbly texture and great flavor, with the cinnamon becoming more pronounced when they've aged a couple of days. I subbed whole wheat pastry flour for the white whole wheat. Rather than using all-purpose flour like most cookie recipes, these Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies use a combination of oat flour and whole wheat flour.

  7. You need 2 to 3 tsp of milk if required.

If you prefer light and soft texture in your cookies then replace it with all purpose flour. Add flour to a mixing bowl. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, honey, brown sugar and egg until smooth. Combine the whole wheat flour and baking powder; stir into the batter until blended.

  2. Take butter,sugar, vanilla essense in bowl and mix well.Now add in flour,baking soda and mix well to form a soft dough...add required milk if dough is dry....
  3. Now take small portions and roll it out in different shapes as you like..
  4. Arrange it on baking tray and baje for 10 to 12 mint depending on size of cookies....
  5. Remove it from oven and let it cool down for 10 minutes..
