  1. It's 1 cup of butter- softened.
  2. You need 1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
  3. You need 1 of eggs.
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of clear vanilla extract.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of almond extract.
  6. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of salt.
  8. It's 2 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour.

  2. In mixing bowl. Beat butter & sugar until light & fluffy..
  3. Beat in egg & extracts. Add dry ing. 1 cup at a time. Keep mixing until all of the flour is mixed in..
  4. Do not CHILL dough. Divide dough into 2 balls.Roll on floured surface. 1/8" thick..
  5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. I used parchment paper. Bake 8-11 min.or until lightly brown. ( you can double this) .Use any cutters you like. I just made all rabbits...Decorate as you like. I used royal icing..

Shape each into a disk; cover. Cut out with Christmas cookie cutters of your choice. Using a floured spatula, transfer cookies to greased baking sheets. Decorate cookies with frosting and colored sugars. Repeat until all the dough is used.
