In a large bowl, beat the butter, orange extract, cream cheese and egg with an electric mixer until smooth.   6. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes. *Make sure not to over cook..
  7. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before eating..
  8. *Note: Cookies will stay in the original form. No need to roll cookie dough before baking..
  9. This is my mother-in-laws recipie and everybody swears by it. The great thing about this recipie is how creative you can get. Try chocolate cake mix and peanut butter chips, there are so many different possibilities..

That thought was VERY interesting So I decided I had to try it. All I have to say is, these did not disappoint. Using a scoop (as always!) form cake mix into a ball. The cake mix will be sticky, but it's ok. Roll the cake mix balls into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
