Ingredients of 7-Up Biscuits With A KICK!
- It's 2 cup of Bisquick baking mix.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Sour cream.
- It's 1/2 cup of 7-up (I actually use diet ginger ale).
- Prepare 1 cup of Extra sharp cheddar cheese - shredded.
- It's 1 cup of Bacon bits - home made or brand of your choice (I used Hormel).
- It's 2 of Finely chopped jalapeño peppers - I used fresh - but I imagine red pepper flakes would work as well.

You can substitute asiago or Romano for the parmesan and Colby, Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack for the cheddar if you prefer. It will give you a cheddar cheese biscuit with a flavorful kick! As anyone can see looking at my recipes, I love Bisquick. The magic of Bisquick doesn't stop with the pizza crust. You can make something delicious, soft, and fluffy too! The secret of this recipe is the lemon-lime soda. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
