- You need 1 packet of oreos (120 gms).
- Prepare 4 tbsp of sugar.

- Separate Cream from oreos..
- Blend oreos (not cream) and sugar in a blender together, till it becomes powder.
- Transfer the powder into a clean bowl. Add eno and milk (not all milk just little bit).
- Mix with spoon or anything you like and keep mixing and adding milk till you get smooth cake like batter.
- Grease the pan or utensil in which you will cook the cake (Steel utensil or any utensil which will be safe for pressure cooker)..
- Add half batter to the utensil..
- Then add oreo cream and 4 pieces of chocolates.
- Add the remaining batter on top of it.
- In a pressure cooker add bit of water. Add something like ring or anything to keep below the pan or utensil in which you are cooking. Put the utensil on top of it..
- Close the lid and remove the whistle. Let cake cook for 15-20 mins on high flame.
- Open the lid insert clean knife or toothpick to check if cake is cooked. If knife comes out clean then it's cooked..
- Take out the utensil from cooker. Let it cool a bit. It should be warm to touch before transferring it to plate.
- Now tranfer the cake to a plate and add chocolates.
- Now your cake is ready to serve or eat whole alone.
I just made this for a chocolate cake filling. It's the highest rated Oreo filling recipe, but I'm sorry- I don't see why it has ten stars. Like a few of the others who commented, I found it to be very greasy, and not sweet enough. My husband even snubbed his nose at it and told me he didn't know what it needed, but it needed something.
