Ingredients of Biscuit gulab jamun

  1. It's of Gulab jamun.
  2. Prepare 2 Packet of Biscuits (of ur choice).
  3. It's 2 Spoon of coconut powder.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of Milk.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of Ghee.
  6. You need of Sugar syrup (chasni).
  7. Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
  8. You need 1 of and 1/2 cup water.
  9. Prepare 1 pinch of cardamon powder.

I saw these cookies exist while browsing for some recipes and totally forgot about until I saw a pack of jamun mix lying around idle for a long time. So made up my mind to try these and they turned out so so good. Pour it over the prepared biscuit base and gulab jamuns. Garnish with gulab jamun, chopped pistas & dried rose petals.

Biscuit gulab jamun step by step

  1. Grind the biscuits in a mixer.
  2. Make a soft dough with the Powder and milk.
  3. Add coconut powder.
  4. Make round balls from the dough keep some ghee to avoid the dough to stick to your hands.
  5. On a gas stove put a pan on medium flame add ghee in the pan.
  6. Fry all the balls until it becomes golden brown.
  7. Take another pan and add the one cup sugar and 1/2 cup water in the pan.
  8. It will take 10to 12 mins to make the syrup add the cardamon powder in the syrup.
  9. Put the sugar syrup aside and let it cool.
  10. After the syrup is cool keep the round balls in the syrup and let the gulab jamun soak the sugar syrup.
  11. Your delicious biscuit gulab jamun is ready to eat enjoy.
