- Put the flour 15 secs / speed 5.
- Put the dough into a bowl and cover with cling film and keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Once the biscuits have rested make small balls and put them on a baking tray which it is lined with baking paper. Press the small balls a little bit, not too much..
- Put in a hot oven at 180º during 15 minutes. Voila! Easy peasy!.
