You need 4 of Oreo cookies.
It's 1/2 cup of dark chocolate.
It's of As required white chocolate.
It's 4 of satay sticks or skewers.

Oreo Lollipops step by step

First of all, melt the dark chocolate..
Open the cookies. Insert the tip of the skewer in the melted chocolate and place it on the cream part of the cookie. Close the cookie. Press to form a lollipop and let it set for 5 mins in the fridge..
Grease a butter paper or a plastic plate with oil..
Dip the lollipop in melted dark chocolate. Tap the excess and place on the butter paper..
Do the same for all the lollipops..
Set it in the fridge for atleast 15 minutes..
Melt some white chocolate and fill in a piping bag..
Make designs as per your choice on the lollipops..
Set in fridge for another five minutes..
Serve it to your kids. Or you could use them for a theme party..

Start by separating your Oreo Cookies. I run a thin knife along the inside of one of the chocolate cookies, to get a nice split. Then brush each side of the Oreo with either melted and tempered white chocolate or melted white confectionery coating. I used Bright White Candy Melts to make mine.
