Molten Cookies for 2. It can be for you and your babe to be enjoyed on a Friday night after a steak dinner. It screams comfort and indulgence but also moderation as there won't be any leftovers. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Beat whole eggs, yolks, sugar and flour with whisk until blended. Grease a ramekin and press cookie dough into the bottom and up the sides.
Brownie Bites are like miniature molten-lava cookie cups.
My two all-time favorite desserts are brownies and cookies.
Even though I'm not very original, it's true.

Dust with powder sugar, if desired. I'd be curious to see how some sort of flavored (chili, wasabi, hazelnut) chocolate works in the recipe as well. But as is, the cookies are delicious. The molten chocolate lava cakes are rich, decadent, moist, robustly chocolaty, sweet enough but not too sweet. I used Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Bar and recommend using your favorite dark chocolate bar.
