  6. Bake for 10-12 min. On slow flame.check if the cookies are brown at the bottom and does not stick to plate..

  8. For chocolate atta biscuits add 1tbsp coco powder after making the dough mix well and bake it same way..
  9. Thickness of the biscuits decides how much time will it take to bake. Bake for 5 to 10 min more if it's not cooked well..

I used homemade wheat flour, you can use store bought atta flour too. To bake it on a gas stove, place a kadai on medium flame and add regular salt and then place a rack on it. Now carefully place the plate of atta biscuits in the hot kadai. Take oil, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Now add in flour, baking soda, salt and mix well.
