s'mores cake instructions
- make cake mix as directed.
- preheat oven as directed on the cake mix.
- after baking cool cake then freeze for about an hour or so.
- remove cake from freezer and remove from pan.
- cut cake in half as if you were going to make a sandwich.
- take marshmallows and place them in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds stir and microwave again for 30 seconds and stir repeat as needed until they are melted all the way.
- poor melted marshmallows on bottom layer of the cake them quickly add top layer of cake back on so that the marshmallows stick to both layers when cooling.
- ice cake with chocolate icing.
- place grahm crackers in a gallon size zip lock bag then wrap a dish cloth around bag and beat until crumble be careful not to break them to fine we want some small chuncks to give character to the cake.
- add bridge mix ontop if desired..
- if you are going for the look of my cake which is tiered then craved on to give it a dirt mound or hill look them you need to doulbed the recipe and you need wooden skewers cut down to hight of cake and inserted for structural support.
